Everything in the list below is included.
Add-ons, when you need them
Launch your academy on SKOLIKA with a branded profile and an all-in-one academy management system.
Organize classes, scheduling, teachers, students, and communication from a single dashboard.
Running the school is free. You pay for the add-ons you switch on, and for nothing else.
You choose where a family's payment lands: your school's own Stripe account, or Skolika's, collected for you and passed on - card only on that route.
Skolika takes 1% of each family payment on either route - never less than $0.50 and never more than $5.00.
Prefer to collect cash or transfers yourself? Record them in Skolika and pay no commission at all.
Add-ons and Skolika-hosted hours come out of your Skolika wallet - funded by what you collect, or topped up whenever it suits you.
Free to run your school. Schedule your lessons and run them on your own Zoom, Google Meet or any link you paste.

Nothing here is on until you turn it on. Each one is paid from your Skolika wallet, and you can turn it off again.
What you get, and how it is billed
Your pages answer on a domain your school already owns. You add two DNS records to prove it is yours, and your Skolika address keeps working alongside it.
What you get, and how it is billed
Your school already has an address made from its page name. This lets you choose a shorter one and print that instead. Links already printed with the old address stop working when you change it, so choose once.
What you get, and how it is billed
Families install your school rather than Skolika: your name, your icon and your colour on the home screen. You upload the icon; without one the app stays unbranded.
What you get, and how it is billed
Takes "Powered by Skolika" off your public pages, the emails you send families and the app they install.
What you get, and how it is billed
Every report card becomes a PDF a family can download or be sent, ruled and coloured to match your school.
What you get, and how it is billed
Extra logins for the people who run your office, bought one at a time. A login already in use is never taken away.
What you get, and how it is billed
A dated file of charges, payments and fees for a period, in a shape your accounting software can read.
What you get, and how it is billed
Your main site is always included and never charged for; you pay for each extra campus you keep. Students, classes and staff can each be put at a branch, and your roster, class list, reports and accounting export can be read one campus at a time. Pause a campus and the charge stops next month - nothing is deleted and nobody is moved.
What you get, and how it is billed
You name your school's email domain and pick Google, Microsoft or both. Staff and teachers whose address is on that domain then sign in with one button, and you can require it so passwords stop working for them. Nobody is ever added to your school by signing in, and families keep signing in exactly as they do now.
What you get, and how it is billed
Every school can write to Skolika from Contact Skolika in its dashboard, and every school gets an answer. What this buys is the promise: your requests are answered within the priority response time instead of the standard one, and they are put ahead of schools without it. The time in force is shown on the page before you write, and on each request afterwards.
What you get, and how it is billed
Skolika keeps a shared curriculum: learning tracks with ordered levels and the milestones inside them. Your office copies one into your programs in a click — a stage for every level, with its summary and its milestones — and the copy is yours from that moment, so later changes to the library never touch it.
What you get, and how it is billed
When a family's payment fails, Skolika writes to them and retries the card on a schedule, instead of leaving it to your office.
What you get, and how it is billed
You set the days and the amount, and a fee is added once to an invoice still unpaid after that. You can pause the rule at any time.
What you get, and how it is billed
You offer a family a bill in parts, they accept it, and each part is collected on its own date. The price is per plan, not per instalment.
What you get, and how it is billed
Choose a period, check what each teacher earned, and pay them all from your wallet in one run. The price is per teacher in each run.
What you get, and how it is billed
The teaching board at board.skolika.com is free to draw on: pens and highlighters, shapes, text, tables, equations, graphs, templates, classroom tools such as a timer and a name picker, pages in several sizes, and picture export. Your teachers can already share a board for students to watch. This switch gives them the premium tools on top: students drawing on the board with them, a copy of a page handed to every student, recordings of the board kept in Skolika, the teacher's own camera on the board, PDF export, handwriting turned into typed text, and the Quran tools for schools that teach it: verses, recitation and whole mushaf pages. Only the hours count: a lesson board costs the lesson's booked minutes at the rate per teaching hour, taken from your wallet when the teacher first opens it and given back if the lesson is cancelled before it starts; a board shared live outside a lesson costs the minutes it was shared.
What you get, and how it is billed
The electronic mushaf at quran.skolika.com is free to read: every page, the tajweed colours, recitation by seven reciters with the words lit as they are read, and repeating a run of verses. This switch gives your school the practice on top: the recite drills where a child hides the verses and marks their own reading, the record of every attempt kept for each child, your teachers' view of their students' practice, and the ear that follows a child reading aloud. Only the listening is charged: every minute the ear hears one of your students recite is added up, and at the end of each month those hours are taken from your wallet at the rate per listening hour. A month with no listening costs nothing. Teachers and students of your school get it on the day you switch it on.

Run your school library in Skolika. Catalogue every book once and add its copies, each with its own barcode label printed from Skolika. Lend and take back at the desk with a scanner or a phone camera. Students, teachers and parents search the catalogue, reserve a book that is out, renew, and read the school's online books (PDF or EPUB) in the browser, with as many readers at once as you allow. Skolika sends the due-date and overdue reminders. Late and lost-book charges are off unless you turn them on and set the amounts; a student's charge lands on the family statement. Reports cover what is out, what is overdue, what is read most, reservations and stock losses, each as a CSV.
SMS and WhatsApp go out through your school's own HashOffice sub-account, so the message provider bills you directly and Skolika adds nothing to it.
Run lessons in Skolika's own video rooms instead of connecting an account. Hours are taken from your wallet when a lesson is scheduled, and both recorded and unrecorded rooms are available.
