Skolika is the system a teacher or a small academy runs their school on. Students, timetable, live classes, attendance, payment records and progress reports in one place — plus a public page under your own name that makes you easier to find.
What Skolika does
Running a school is not only teaching. It is enrolling a new student, fitting them into a timetable that already has forty names in it, starting the class, marking who came, remembering who has paid and who has not, and telling a parent honestly how their child is doing. Skolika holds all of that on one screen, in a browser, on a phone or a laptop. There is nothing to install, and no card is needed to begin.
- One timetable for every class and appointment, and a page for each student.
- Live classes built in — Zoom and Google Meet are included on every plan, and the link is created with the class.
- A clear record of who paid, who is late, and when.
- Automatic reminders before a class and when a payment is overdue.
- Attendance, marks and your own notes on one page, ready to share with a family.
- A public page in your name, showing your subjects, your times and how to reach you.
What Skolika is not
Skolika is not a marketplace and we do not sell lessons. We do not find you students, we do not stand between you and them, and we never take a share of what you charge. Your students’ money never passes through Skolika at any step. You collect it the way you always have — cash, wallet or transfer — and Skolika keeps the record. The people you teach are your students, not ours, and you can take them with you the day you leave.
Why we built it
Most small schools are run on a paper notebook, a phone gallery full of payment screenshots, and a dozen chat groups. It works until it does not: a class is double-booked, a family is asked twice for money they already sent, a child’s progress lives only in the teacher’s memory. None of that is a teaching problem, and none of it should cost a teacher their evening. Skolika exists so the hours go into explaining rather than into bookkeeping.
Who it is for
The independent teacher who teaches and tracks everything themselves, and wants one screen instead of four notebooks. The centre or academy with several teachers, groups and rooms, which needs every teacher to have their own timetable and their own permissions, and needs attendance and collection in one report instead of chasing seven people for it every week.
How we charge
Skolika is a monthly subscription priced per active teacher. A teacher who does not teach in a given month is not counted, and you can add or pause a teacher at any time. Students are unlimited on every plan. There is a free plan that stays free, asks for no card and does not expire, and every paid plan is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel from your own settings in one click, and export your students, schedules and records as a single file whenever you want. The full terms are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
